Description
The APFMC was launched at a workshop at the University of London in November 2013. It aims to be a hub for researchers and practitioners in Australia and the Asia Pacific region on issues of forced migration, including refugee law, human trafficking, and labour migration. Building on existing expertise and networks, it addresses connections between causes and consequences of forced migration in the region, connections between disciplines and scholars in the region, and connections with public policy and civil society.
