International Refugee Law Cluster

This Cluster is engaged in comparative research on international refugee law. Cluster members are currently focused on research in three areas: comparative research on Refugee Status Determination systems; comparative research on safe country of origin policies in Canada, the United States, and Europe; and a Research Workshop on critical issues in international refugee law.
