UNHCR Policy on Alternatives to Camps (2014)

This policy extends the main objectives of UNHCR’s Urban Refugee Policy to refugees residing in camps and outlines UNHCR’s strategy to provide durable solutions for refugees while avoiding the creation of refugee camps wherever possible.
