This seminar will apply theories and conceptions of childhood, youth and social age to analyze the diverse experiences of children and young people in contexts of conflict-induced migration. We will also discuss the roles of migrant children and young people in peacebuilding, armed conflict and political violence and the implications of this participation for inter-generational dynamics within families and communities.
