This bulletin contains information about Amnesty International’s main concerns in Europe between July and December 2000. Not every country in Europe is reported on: only those where there were significant developments in the period covered by the bulletin. It includes a number of concerns over the treatment of asylum seekers and refugees, and fears of possible refoulements.
