Global Governance: Migration’s next frontier

An article is presented that reports on global governance in migration policy in the 21st century. The article discusses the need for international cooperation in emigration and immigration law and policy due to changes in communication, technology, international relations, and globalization. Information is also provided on how global leaders should collaborate and find transnational approaches related to citizenship, human rights, and trade. Organizations such as the International Catholic Migration Commission (ICMC) and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) are described as well.
