The working paper titled ‘Hidden and Exposed- Urban Refugees in Nairobi, Kenya-published by HPG/ ODI and jointly done by the HPG, International Rescue Committee and Refugee Consortium of Kenya highlights the issues faced by refugees living in Nairobi, protection challenges, coping startegies and policy dimensions. The report makes sevral practical recommendations to the Government of Kenya, donors, UNHCR and humanitarian and development organisations to address the issues
